Ingredients To Cook Fasting Potato-Paneer Recipe At Home
Serving For 2:
- 2 tbsp ghee.
- 100g paneer
- 4-5 medium-sized boiled potatoes
- cumin seed
- half an inch of grated ginger
- 1-2 green chillies
- a handful of curry leaves (optional)
- Pink salt as per taste
- finely chopped coriander
- a lemon (optional)
How To Make A Fasting Potato-Paneer Recipe At Home
1. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
2. Fry small cubes of paneer until brown, and then take them out on a tissue spread on a plate.

3. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them pop. Then add curry leaves and green chilli.
4. After a minute, add cube-shaped boiled potatoes and grated ginger. Give a good stir.

5. Season with pink salt and ground pepper powder.
6. Now, add paneer, again mix everything and let the potatoes cook for 5-6 minutes.
