Who doesn’t like popsicles, especially refreshing fruit popsicles? From adults to kids, people of all ages love the taste of refreshing and cool popsicles, which help beat that summer heat. However, sometimes parents take a step back and avoid letting their kids have those cool popsicles, due to high content of refined sugar, artificial additives, and lack of nutritional value. Therefore, we have brought to you an easy, all-natural fruit popsicle recipe at home.

This all-natural fruit popsicle barely needs an efforts to make it. It will be naturally sweet, no water, no milk and your popsicle will be healthier and more refreshing than most market-based popsicles.
Ingredients To Make Fruit Popsicle:
1. Seasonal Fruits (kiwi, mango, apple, pomegranate or any other fruit you like)
2. Coconut Water

Method To Make Fruit Popsicle At Home:
1. Finely chop seasonal fruits of your choice.
2. Take a clean popsicle mould. You can also use plastic glass.

3. Add fruits to a popsicle mould and pour in some coconut water.
4. And finally, freeze it overnight or for a good 8-10 hours.
5. Voila, your all-natural fruit popsicle is ready.

Perfectly sweet and refreshing, this all-natural fruit popsicle recipe is probably the best way to get your kids to eat fruits. I personally make these popsicles in the summer season for my parents, who both are diabetic, and this popsicle is one of their favourite things about summer.
