Ingredients To Make Chilled Cucumber Mint Chaas At Home:
- 1 cucumber (diced or roughly chopped)
- handful of mint leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1/8 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 cup plain curd

How To Make Chilled Cucumber Mint Chaas For Summer
1. Peel one cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
2. Add it into a blender with a handful of mint leaves, a green chilli, roasted jeera powder, pink salt, chaat masala, pepper powder and one-fourth cup of water.
3. Blend everything nicely. Now take an earthen pot (preferably) or any other container, add curd, and whisk the curd nicely to make a flowy, smooth texture.

4. Add chilled water with some ice cubes.
5. Now, you can prepare a simple tempering (tadka) with curry leaves and pour it over the chaas. Or if you like a smoky aroma, place a small piece of foil on top of the chaas, keep a hot charcoal on it, add a little ghee, and cover the vessel with a lid for a few minutes. However, this step is optional.
