Upcoming OTT Releases This Week: OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar and ZEE5 will release an incredibly diverse slate of content, signalling a huge rise in digital entertainment. There will be a wide range of titles available in the coming days, including intense political thrillers, gritty rural dramas, and captivating foreign romances.
Here are the upcoming OTT releases that will be available between March 9 and 15, 2026, ranging from the third instalment of TVF's critically acclaimed series Aspirants to Zootopia 2, which will take fans of animation back to the modern jungle.
Made In Korea
Release date: March 9

The Ra. Karthik film, which stars Priyanka Mohan, centres on Shenba, a resident of a little Tamil Nadu town. She embarks on an incredible, transformative journey to South Korea.

Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi

Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, directed by Kishore Tirumala, is a humorous adaptation of the classic Telugu comedy-drama "husband-wife-other woman" story device. The main character, Ram Satyanarayana (played by Ravi Teja), is a successful winemaker whose life drastically changes when, while on a business trip to Spain, he has an affair with the stunning Manasa Shetty (played by Ashika Ranganath). With the aid of a comical cast that includes Sunil and Vennela Kishore, the movie tackles topics of guilt, responsibility, and the flaws in contemporary marriage.

TVF's Aspirants, which is directed by Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish, features returning parts for Naveen Kasturia, Shivankit Singh Parihar, Abhilash Thapliyal, Sunny Hinduja, Namita Dubey, and Tengam Celine. Jatin Goswami will join the cast in the upcoming season. Relationships are upset in the third installment as rivalries and aspirations from the past resurface.
Funky

The chaotic inner workings of the industry are parodied in the Telugu meta-comedy Funky. Vishwak Sen portrays Komal, a quirky aspiring director whose first feature film, Funky, goes tragically wrong during production. The film's budget jumps from 4 crores to an astounding 40 crores, and the stress it creates leads to a health problem for Narsh's character, Sudarshan. After taking over, Chitra (Kayadu Lohar), the producer's strict daughter, gives Komal instructions to finish the remaining filming on a meagre one crore budget in order to save the production.
With several self-referential cameos from actual industry titans like Dil Raju and Harish Shankar, the movie parodies the 'swipe-right' culture and the obsession with cinematic universes.
The Society Season 2

The Society Season 2, which is hosted by Munawar Faruqui and Shreya Kalra, will premiere this week. With Munawar at the top of the hierarchy of Royals, Regulars, and Rags, the reality show is structured as a psychological social experiment.
