Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, is set for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, with paid premieres in India on March 18. The sequel has completed certification with the Irish Film Classification Office, receiving a 'strong' rating for violence, harmful behaviour, and language, while sex and nudity were marked 'moderate'. The British Board of Film Classification is yet to rate the film, though the first installment was given an 18+ rating for violence.

The censor board described Dhurandhar: The Revenge as containing "strong bloody violence and graphic injury detail." The film’s runtime is listed at 235 minutes, making it nearly 3 hours and 55 minutes long. This makes the sequel longer than its predecessor Dhurandhar, which had a runtime of 3 hours and 34 minutes and was rated A by the Central Board of Film Certification.
