Motorola is preparing to reveal its latest foldable phone today at MWC 2026, the Motorola Razr Fold. A few hours before the official announcement, the upcoming foldable made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, spilling key details about its chipset, RAM, software and performance. Announced earlier this year at CES 2026, where it was first previewed, the Razr Fold is a premium large-screen foldable designed to go head-to-head with high-end folding phones from Samsung, Vivo and Google.
Motorola Razr Fold Geekbench Listing Information
The Motorola Razr Fold appeared on Geekbench on March 1, achieving a score of 2,693 points in the single-core test and 9,213 points in the multi-core test. The listing shows 14.90GB of RAM and also, most importantly, Android 15 on the device.

In terms of hardware, the foldable is driven by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. With six cores running at up to 3.32 GHz and two performance cores topping out at 3.80 GHz, the octa-core ranges solidly in flagship speed territory.

Which is why, on the very few occasions that we do get a new clamshell foldable, there’s cause for excitement, like with the Motorola Razr Fold above, which was first revealed back at CES 2026 and sports an LTPO inner screen measuring 8.1 inches and running at 2K resolution. The outer cover display sits at a respectable 6.6 inches in diagonal. The device features a book-style fold, and it was first displayed in Pantone Blackened Blue and Pantone Lily White colour options.
On the photography side, the Razr Fold debuts with a triple rear camera system:
- 50MP Sony LYTIA primary sensor
- 3x optical zoom 50MP periscope telephoto camera
- 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera
There is also a 32MP selfie camera on the cover display and a 20MP camera on the inner screen. The foldable works with the Moto Pen Ultra stylus.
Competition and Launch Timeline
The Razr Fold will rival the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Vivo X Fold 5 and Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The company is scheduled to launch the device at MWC 2026 later today.
