Recently, Netflix posted a picture of Samay Raina's bodyguard and tagged the comedian in it. The caption reads, "Drop Lemon and spice emojis in the comments, we're going to need them."

Samay Raina’s Bodyguard Features On Netflix  

The bodyguard in Netflix's post is the same one who performed live with Samay Raina during his Still Alive stand-up tour. Many fans thought that the streaming behemoth might be hinting about the comeback of India's Got Latent because of this relationship.

India’s Got Latent Past Controversy

India’s Got Latent faced major controversy in 2025 because of its dark comedy and objectionable jokes. The backlash intensified after an episode featuring Ranveer Allahbadia, whose remarks about parents drew widespread criticism.

The controversy resulted in social media outrage, police complaints, and heavy trolling. Following the backlash, Samay Raina removed all episodes of the show and later issued a public apology.
