Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently met Thalapathy Vijay in Chennai and shared glimpses of their interaction on social media. The meeting took place at the chief minister's residence, where Samantha personally congratulated Vijay on his new political journey. Along with the pictures, the actor posted an emotional note praising his decision to step away from a highly successful film career and take on the responsibilities of public service.

Samantha shared a series of candid photographs from the meeting on Instagram. Expressing her admiration, she reflected on Vijay’s journey from cinema to politics.

She wrote, “I always felt Vijay was more than just a film hero. Seeing his energy and the love people have for him, it always seemed that he was destined to achieve something much bigger in life.”

Samatha Praises CM Vijay’s Courageous Decision

In her note, she said, “To leave a profession where you are already number one and choose an entirely new and challenging path is a remarkable decision. He did it because he believes he can bring positive change to society.”
