During one of the post credits, there was a montage that depicted how Sanyal and his team saved Jaskirat from the gallows and then train him to be a spy. Ranveer Singh made a comeback as Hamza Ali Mazari/Jaskirat Singh Rangi. Sara Arjun portrayed Yalina, R Madhavan played Ajay Sanyal, while Rakesh Bedi made a comeback as Jameel Jamali. Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal returned as as SP Chaudhary Aslam and Major Iqbal, respectively.
