Bollywood’s fitness queen Shilpa Shetty is all set to make her comeback to the non-fiction digital space with Maa Hai Na on ZEE5. The makers had first announced the show on Mother’s Day, and now they have released an entertaining trailer promo along with the official streaming details. The 10-episode reality series mixes cooking tasks with emotional and funny family moments, focusing on the bond between celebrity children and their mothers.

Produced by Lil Frodo Productions, the show highlights the clash between today’s Gen Z lifestyle and traditional family values. The kitchen becomes the center of all the fun, emotions, and chaos as celebrity Gen Z kids and their mothers will be working together while preparing different dishes. Along with cooking, the series also shows family conversations, misunderstandings, love, and emotional bonding between two generations.

The reality show features several well-known personalities with their mothers. The lineup includes Sunita Ahuja and her daughter Tina Ahuja, along with television actress Urvashi Dholakia and her son Kshitij Dholakia. Social media personality Tanya Mittal will also appear with her mother Sunita Mittal. Digital creator Gullu and food influencer Shahida Ansari are also part of the show.

Maa Hai Na Release Date
According to the makers, Maa Hai Na aims to present emotional yet relatable family entertainment for viewers. Comedians Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar will also add humour to the episodes. The show will start streaming worldwide on ZEE5 from 12th June, 2026.
