The highly anticipated untitled upcoming movie starring Salman Khan and Nayanthara has finally begun production. Directed by Telugu and Tamil director Vamshi Paidipally, the project was officially launched with a traditional pooja ceremony in Mumbai. The film is expected to be a big pan-India release, bringing together two major stars from different industries.

The makers recently shared a glimpse of the launch ceremony, marking the official start of the shoot. The pooja event was held in Mumbai and attended by the core team. This moment signals the beginning of what is being seen as an ambitious and large-scale cinematic venture.

Nayanthara Joins As Female Lead

Earlier, the team confirmed that Nayanthara will play the lead role opposite Salman Khan. Announcing her entry, the makers praised her talent and called her a ‘queen.’

The statement read, “The Queen Arrives, the epitome of versatility and excellence @nayanthara joins #SalmanKhanVamshiPaidipallyFilm. It’s an honour to have you on board for something truly special that’s underway.” 

Salman Khan Busy With Another Film

At the same time, Salman Khan is working on the final stages of his upcoming film Maatrubhumi, which was earlier titled Battle of Galwan. Reports suggest that the team is currently making adjustments before its release.

Changes In Maatrubhumi’s Story

According to sources, the film’s narrative has been slightly reworked. Instead of focusing only on war, the story now highlights emotions, family bonds, and relationships.
