Michael Box Office Collection Day 2: Michael is a musical biopic which is based on the life of controversial dance icon Michael Jackson. It opened in theatres worldwide on April 24. The movie, which starred Jaafar Jackson as the King of Pop, had a mixed reception upon its premiere. After starting slowly, it seemed to be picking up momentum at the box office in India.

Michael witnessed a rise in attendance on its second day at the box office. It was able to make over Rs 10 crore at the Indian box office. Let's now examine the amount of money it made on the third day, aka the first Sunday.

Michael's net collection from 3,190 shows in India was Rs 5.10 crore on Day 2, as per Sacnilk. This is a 38.9% increase compared to its Day 1 net of Rs 3.60 crore. After two days, the film's gross has increased to Rs 12.36 crore, while its total net collection in India is currently at Rs 10.50 crore. Its performance showed consistent growth in domestic markets, as evidenced by the second day's higher foot traffic.

Michael now has the biggest opening for a live-action Motion Picture Association film of the year, exceeding previous releases like Project Hail Mary. The movie has also taken the top spot in 64 foreign countries. Additionally, Michael has achieved success abroad in several other areas. According to estimates, it has earned $111.4 million from 82 foreign markets, with the exception of South Korea and Japan. The global total, including local earnings, is close to $206.4 million.

Michael broke opening weekend records for a musical biopic in a number of areas. The United Kingdom, with $13.8 million by Sunday, France, with an estimated $10.3 million, Mexico, with $9.3 million, Italy, with roughly $8.1 million, and Germany, with $6.9 million, are some of the top-performing markets.
