While the iPhone Duo carries a premium price tag in every market, there is a sizeable difference in what customers have to pay depending on where they live. Based on global price lists, the US is currently the cheapest market for Apple’s first foldable iPhone, while Turkey has the highest starting price. India also falls among the more expensive markets when compared with the US.

Where Is The iPhone Duo Cheapest?

The iPhone Duo is currently cheapest in the US, where its starting price is set at $1,999. At the current conversion rate, that works out to roughly ₹1.90 lakh.

The same phone costs significantly more in India. Apple has set the starting price of the iPhone Duo at ₹2,99,900 in the country, making it around ₹1.10 lakh more expensive than the US price.

This makes the difference particularly noticeable for Indian buyers, even before taking into account factors such as local taxes and pricing structures.

Where Is The iPhone Duo Most Expensive?

Turkey sits at the other end of the global pricing list. The iPhone Duo is listed there at ₺229,999, which is approximately $4,744 or around ₹4.51 lakh.

That means customers in Turkey are paying roughly 137.3 percent more for the same device compared with its US starting price.

Brazil is another market where the foldable iPhone is considerably more expensive. The starting price there is approximately $4,311, which translates to around ₹4.10 lakh.

The wide gap between prices across countries highlights just how differently Apple has priced its first foldable iPhone in various markets.
