Ingredients To Make Chef Ranveer Brar's Soya Chilli Manchurian For 2 Servings:
- Sugar
- 1.5-inch Ginger (chopped)
- 3-4 Green chilli
- 1 and a half cups Soya Nuggets
- 2 tbsp corn-starch
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- tbsp red chilli sauce
- Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 1 medium Capsicum (diced)
- half tsp Black pepper powder
- 4-5 tbsp Corn-starch slurry
- a handful of Coriander leaves
- 1 whole Spring onion (chopped)
How To Make Chef Ranveer Brar’s Soya Chilli Manchurian Recipe:
1. In a deep pan, pour water and then when it starts boiling, add sugar, ginger and soy sauce.
2. Now add green chilli, soya nuggets to it and let it boil for 4-5 minutes, or until the water is soaked.
3. Take a bowl and add cornstarch to it. Soak the soya nuggets and mix them properly.
4. Add oil in a deep cooking pot, add soya nuggets to it and fry them until they become crisp from all sides.

5. Take them out of the pan and keep them aside on an absorbent paper.
6. Take a bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix them properly.
7. Now, take a wok and add oil in it, and once it becomes hot, add green chilli, garlic and ginger and stir it well.
8. Add onion and capsicum to it and stir it on a high flame until it slightly changes its colour.
9. Add the sauce mixture and water to it, and also sprinkle some black pepper powder in it.
10. Add cornstarch slurry to it, mix it well until it becomes thick and gets its natural gloss.

11. Mix fried soya nuggets into the gravy and mix everything well.
12. Add coriander leaves, spring onion, and again toss it well.
13. Lastly, garnish it with more coriander leaves and serve hot.
