The video, reportedly from Awadh Green Apartments, shows Sharma with the main accused, model-influencer Shraddha Dubey, and her sister, Rashmi.

Video Shows Shiva Sharma With Shraddha Dubey And Her Sister
The newly surfaced footage shows three people walking down a stairwell inside the building. Rashmi leads the way, followed closely by Shiva Sharma and Shraddha Dubey.
A CCTV footage has emerged in the case involving the death of Lucknow businessman Shiva Sharma, showing him with the main accused, Shraddha Dubey, before his death. The viral footage, reportedly from Awadh Green Apartment, also shows Shraddha’s sister, Rashmi. Footage captures three people walking down a stairwell inside a building. Shraddha’s sister, Rashmi, walks down first, followed closely by a Shiva Sharma and Shraddha Dubey. The footage has surfaced amid questions about the movements of those present at the apartment and the positioning of CCTV cameras on the day of the incident. Ajay Rai, the owner of a flat in Awadh Green Apartment, has shared details about Shraddha Dubey’s alleged behaviour and raised questions about the circumstances surrounding Sharma’s death. According to Rai, Shraddha had an extremely aggressive attitude and frequently used abusive language. He claimed that she had also objected when he installed CCTV cameras in the apartment. Rai alleged that she abused him during the dispute before returning to her flat. Rai also raised questions about the movements of people on the day of the incident. He claimed that nobody used the stairs that day and that everyone left through the lift. According to Rai, Shraddha already knew that CCTV cameras covered the first floor. He also claimed that she knew the positioning of the camera installed towards the balcony. Rai said the camera's rear side faced the direction from which Sharma reportedly fell, preventing it from recording activities in that area. He added that Shraddha’s flat and his own flat face the same direction. The camera positions and the movements of people in the apartment on the day of the incident have therefore emerged as important aspects of the case. The claims about Shraddha’s behaviour and her knowledge of the cameras remain allegations attributed to Rai. Police will conduct a crime scene recreation with the assistance of a forensic team to investigate whether Sharma died by suicide or was killed. Before her arrest, the main accused, Shraddha Dubey, released videos on social media in which she described Sharma’s death as a suicide. However, Sharma’s mother filed a police complaint alleging murder. The conflicting accounts have prompted investigators to examine the circumstances of Sharma’s fall from the fourth floor. As part of the reconstruction, the forensic team will drop a dummy matching Sharma’s weight and physical build from the fourth floor. The exercise will help investigators examine how a person could fall from the building and land at the spot where Sharma was found. The team will assess possible outcomes in different scenarios, including a person falling independently, being pushed or being forcibly thrown from the height. The forensic team will analyse the trajectory and distance of the fall, along with the angle at which the dummy lands. Investigators will examine whether the landing position and distance are consistent with different possible scenarios. The team will also assess how the application of additional force, such as in a case where someone is forcibly thrown from a height, could affect the body's trajectory and landing position. It will compare these observations with the possible trajectory of a person falling independently, including whether the person would land forward or directly below the point of the fall. The reconstruction will also examine the injury patterns that could result from a person jumping or falling independently, being pushed or being thrown from the fourth floor. Forensic experts will compare their findings with the injuries documented in Sharma’s post-mortem report. The comparison will help investigators assess whether the physical evidence aligns with the different possible explanations for his death.

Investigators consider this footage to be significant, as it comes amid questions surrounding the movements of those present at the apartment and the positioning of CCTV cameras on the day of the incident.
Flat Owner Raises Questions
Meanwhile, Ajay Rai, owner of a flat in the complex, has raised serious concerns regarding the circumstances surrounding Sharma's death and Shraddha's prior behaviour. Rai alleged that Shraddha had aggressive behaviour, used abusive language, and had previously objected to the installation of CCTV cameras in the building, India Today reported.

According to Rai, Shraddha was fully aware of the camera locations, including a balcony camera positioned such that its rear faced the area from which Sharma fell, leaving that specific direction unmonitored.
Rai further claimed that no one used the stairwell on the day of the incident, and that everyone exited via the elevator.
Police And Forensic Team to Reconstruct Crime Scene
To resolve conflicting accounts surrounding Sharma's death, police and a forensic team are preparing to conduct a crime scene recreation. Investigators will drop a dummy matching Sharma's exact weight and physical build from the fourth floor.
The test aims to analyse the precise trajectory, distance, and landing angle associated with various fall scenarios. Forensic experts will evaluate how the body would land depending on whether the fall was accidental, self-inflicted, a push, or a forceful throw, helping authorities determine the true sequence of events.
