According to a News18 Marathi report, initial police tracking indicated that the call originated from Pune.

When Awhad's party worker, Hemant Vani, dialled the number back, the caller allegedly threatened him as well, stating, "First I will shoot Jitya (Awhad), then I will deal with you."

Both Awhad and Vani have filed official police complaints, prompting law enforcement authorities in Pune and Thane to launch an investigation into the threats.

Tiger Shroff Firing Incident

Tiger Shroff escaped unhurt after unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants opened fire on his vehicle in Mumbai's Juhu area near Pushpa Park on Sunday evening, when he was leaving a football ground.

The attackers fired seven rounds, five of which struck his BMW, injuring his driver and a bystander. Displaying immense bravery under pressure, Shroff took over the driver's seat and personally drove his injured driver to Nanavati Hospital for immediate medical treatment.

While the actor suffered no gunshot wounds, he sustained minor glass shard and gunpowder injuries to his left hand.
