This eight-episode series is a brutal crime-thriller on Netflix that centres on fugitive ganglord Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and honest police inspector Sartaj Singh (Saif Ali Khan). Gaitonde starts a lethal game of cat and mouse by calling Singh and warning him to save the city from a huge, imminent catastrophe within 25 days.
Tandav (Prime Video)
Tandav received backlash and boycott calls from a certain segment of society because of a scene from the first episode. In addition, over three formal complaints were filed against the filmmakers and the main cast for offending Hindus in more than six cities. Saif Ali Khan, Dimple Kapadia, Sunil Grover, Zeeshan Ayyub, Gauhar Khan, and Kritika Kamra starred in the series.

Dil Dhokha Aur Desire (ShemarooMe)
Love, betrayal, and desire were the themes highlighted in Dil Dhoka and Desire. The series was well known for its adult content. Over the course of six episodes, it narrated the tale of an extramarital affair and betrayal between a boxer and the wife of a businessman. The main actors in the series were Ali Hasan (Pratap), Kunwar Amarjeet Singh (Shaurya), and Akanksha Chamola (Malini).
Aashram (MX Player)
Aashram focuses on Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol), a charismatic scammer in Kashipur who pretends to be a spiritual godman. While victims and law enforcement work to reveal his crimes, he exploited his followers for power, money, and illicit activities by manipulating blind faith. It was accused of offending Hindus by portraying a saint as a corrupt, drug-dealing, and a rapist. Bobby Deol and Prakash Jha even received notices from the Jodhpur District Magistrates.
