Several well-known personalities from the film industry and politics attended the ceremony. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, was among those who blessed the couple. Even with notable guests present, the wedding remained simple and focused on family bonding.

After the ceremony, unseen wedding pictures surfaced online and quickly went viral. Earlier, the couple had made their relationship official in March at a private gathering. Sreenivas shared a touching message for Kavya, expressing gratitude, love, and his excitement for their future together.
