The trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh, is finally out, promising a full-on comedy packed with confusion and chaos. It follows Prajapati Pandey, a simple forest officer whose life turns upside down after one good deed lands him in unexpected trouble.

The trailer introduces Ayushmann as Prajapati, who gets entangled with three women—played by Sara, Wamiqa and Rakul—leading to a hilarious comedy of errors. As things spiral out of control, Vijay Raaz’s entry as a cop adds even more madness to the mix.

Ayushmann Khurrana took to Instagram and dropped the much-anticipated trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do. He wrote in the caption, "atni, Kaun Woh? Hal karenge saare sawaal… Parivaar sahit dekhein! #PatiPatniAurWohDo Trailer Out Now! (Link in Bio) In cinemas worldwide 15th May!"

Fans soon took to comments section and dropped several reactions. A user wrote, "Pandey Ji ke liye toh theatre jaana hi padega," another one wrote, "Bahut mazaa aane wala hai," a person wrote, "Bring it on," others also dropped similar reactions.

About the movie: Titled Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, the film serves as a sequel to the 2019 hit Pati Patni Aur Woh. While the project had initially been scheduled for release on March 4, 2026, the makers have now postponed its theatrical debut to May 15, 2026.

The sequel is directed by Mudassar Aziz, who returns to helm the franchise, bringing his signature storytelling style back to the screen. The original film featured a popular ensemble cast including Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday, and was well-received for its modern take on relationships infused with humor. This new installment is backed by Bhushan Kumar under the banner of T-Series, in collaboration with B R Studios. The film also has Juno Chopra on board as the creative producer.
