This overwhelming 'OTT love' has breathed new life into the franchise, officially greenlighting plans for a highly anticipated sequel.

Actor Sanjana Sanghi recently fueled the excitement by confirming that the screenplay for Dhak Dhak 2 is already fully developed, noting that the entire original cast is eager to get back on their bikes and reunite for the next chapter of the journey. However, fans might need to practice a bit of patience; despite the script being ready to go, Sanghi cautioned that the specific production timelines and filming schedules remain up in the air as the team works to align the stars' busy calendars.

In a conversation with Mid-Day, Sanjana said, "It's a script that we're all excited by, something that we've all said yes to. Tarun has done a stellar job in staying true to the characters. We can't wait to reunite for it."
