Ramayana Cast Fee: With Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana scheduled for release in Diwali 2026 and Part Two in Diwali 2027, focus has now shifted to the all-star cast of the movie and their allegedly enormous remuneration. Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi plays Goddess Sita, Yash plays Ravana, and Sunny Deol plays Hanuman, among many other prominent roles in the mythological tale. The salaries that are being discussed are based on media claims and have not been verified by the filmmakers.
Ranbir Kapoor For Lord Ram
Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly fetching Rs 75 crore for each film in which he plays Lord Ram, according to TOI. Given that the story is divided into two parts, his total revenues come to an astounding Rs 150 crore, which is undoubtedly the largest check he has ever received.
Yash For The Role Ravana
Kannada actor Yash is allegedly demanding Rs 50 crore per installment, bringing his total income to Rs 100 crore, according to TOI. This represents a significant increase above his previous fee. Interestingly, reports from the previous year suggested that villains are no longer secondary when it comes to wage equity, implying even greater negotiations for evil characters.

Sai Pallavi As Sita
Sai Pallavi's portrayal of Sita gives the movie a new perspective, and her compensation reflects her consistent development. According to TOI, she is reportedly making Rs 6 crore for each film, totaling Rs 12 crore for the two-part epic. Even while this amount might not seem like much when compared to her co-stars, it's a big increase from her typical Rs 2.5–3 crore range in South Indian cinema.
Sunny Deol As Hanuman
Veteran actor Sunny Deol, who will play Lord Hanuman, would be paid Rs 20 crore for each role, for a total of Rs 40 crore, according to TOI. In many respects, Hanuman becomes a logical continuation of his legendary on-screen persona, which is strong, valiant, and based on popular appeal.
Ravi Dubey As Laxman
Television actor Ravi Dubey is reportedly making between Rs 2 crore and Rs 4 lakh for playing Laxman, according to TOI. This is already regarded as his greatest film-related compensation, even if it's unclear if it covers one or both sections.
Ramayana Movie Budget
Ramayana was produced at an enormous budget of Rs. 4000 crore. The large sets, exquisite costumes, elaborate action scenes, technicians, visual effects, and more are said to have taken up a significant portion of the budget. According to some sources, a significant sum has also been spent on the film's marketing and promotion, making it accessible to viewers all over the world.
It appears like Ramayana will be just that kind of cinematic event: a project that combines legend with contemporary megabudgets. In addition to retelling one of India's most beloved epics, the two-part drama is subtly changing industry wage structures.
