Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana and starring Ram Charan, is set to release in theatres on June 4. The makers recently wrapped up shooting, and Ram Charan confirmed the release date on social media, writing, "Meet #PEDDI on June 4th. See you in Cinemas."

Ace cinematographer Rathnavelu, who has handled the visuals for Peddi, took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to officially announce that the film’s shooting had been successfully wrapped up. His update marked a significant milestone for the project, confirming that the team had completed its production phase and was now moving closer to release.

He had said, "It's a wrap for Mega power star @AlwaysRamCharan ! #Peddi -A Memorable journey. Working with #RC has been truly special. A powerhouse performer on screen and a wonderful friend off it. Grateful for the memories we've created together. @BuchiBabuSana @arrahman @vriddhicinemas."

IANS had earlier reported that the final song of Peddi was being shot in Hyderabad, featuring Ram Charan in a grand special number composed by A. R. Rahman. Sources hinted at a high-energy track with a surprise element, while the makers had confirmed the film would wrap up its shoot within a week.
