Allu Arjun celebrated his 44th birthday on April 8 with an intimate family gathering, glimpses of which were shared by his wife Sneha Reddy on Instagram. A video showed the actor cutting multiple cakes with loved ones, dressed casually in a black T-shirt and jeans, while Sneha also posted heartwarming family moments, captioning it 'Little April joys'.

On the professional front, Allu Arjun is currently immersed in his ambitious upcoming project, Raaka. On the occasion of his birthday, the actor unveiled the film’s first-look poster, instantly grabbing attention with a striking transformation. The poster showcases him in a dark, devilish avatar, complete with heavy prosthetic makeup that hints at an older character. His kohl-lined eyes and the eerie detail of a claw emerging from his woollen attire add to the intensity, suggesting he may be portraying a powerful and intimidating role.
The film also marks Allu Arjun’s first collaboration with filmmaker Atlee, raising expectations among fans. Reports suggest that the actor could be seen playing four distinct roles—a grandfather, a father, and two sons—highlighting the film’s ambitious narrative scale. There is also speculation that the storyline may delve into the concept of parallel universes, although the makers have not officially confirmed these details yet.

Adding to the excitement, Deepika Padukone is said to have a significant role in the film. According to reports, Allu Arjun is likely to earn around Rs 175 crore for the project, along with a backend deal that grants him a 15% share in the profits. Director Atlee is also reportedly commanding a fee of Rs 100 crore.
With a massive estimated budget of Rs 800 crore—of which nearly Rs 200 crore is allocated to production and Rs 250 crore to visual effects—Raaka is shaping up to be one of the most expensive and visually ambitious Indian films to date.
