Prabhas, Tripti Dimri-Starrer Spirit To Clash With Salman Khan, Nayanthara's SVC63?

While Salman Khan’s upcoming film, tentatively titled SVC63, is eyeing an Eid release, Sandeep Reddy Vanga had earlier announced March 5 for Spirit, starring Prabhas—setting up a possible box office clash. Amid ongoing speculation about delays, the makers have now issued a clarification, confirming that Spirit is progressing as per schedule and its release date is the same.

Spirit will release in cinemas worldwide on 5th March 2027, as previously announced.

For those who don't know, Salman Khan and Nayanthara star in the fast-paced action thriller SVC63, which is produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. With a huge theatrical release scheduled for Eid 2027, the makers started filming in Mumbai in April 2026.

What We Know About Spirit?

Spirit, which will be released in eight languages and stars Tripti Dimri, Vivek Oberoi, and marks the debut of Aishwarya Desai, is being developed as a large-scale pan-world entertainer.

The eerie Spirit first-look poster, which showed Prabhas and Tripti in previously unseen avatars, was released by the director on New Year's Day in 2026. The eye-catching photograph, which threw social media into a frenzy, showed Prabhas showing off his injured back, which was covered in several bandages, as Triptii Dimri calmly lit his cigarette.

Spirit, which is being built on a huge scale and moving forward according to schedule, is still developing into one of the most eagerly awaited film events. It is a T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures film, presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Krishan Kumar, and Prabhakar Reddy Vanga, the film has been written, edited, and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
