The news was confirmed by OnlyFans in an official statement. In the statement, they said that Radvinsky had passed away peacefully after a long illness.
The statement read that was published on March 23, 2026, “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer.” An OnlyFans spokesperson said. "His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

Radvinsky was born in Odesa, Ukraine, and later grew up in Chicago, USA. He pursued a course in economics and started working on internet-based businesses in the late 1990s.
