Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection: Bollywood movie Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has emerged as a massive blockbuster in its seventh week of box office run. Starring Ranveer Singh in lead role, the movie hit the theatres worldwide on March 19, 2026. Dhurandhar 2 has been directed by Aditya Dhar and it has been enjoying a strong theatrical run despite competition from multiple new releases, emerging as one of the highest-grossing films in Indian cinema history.

Dhurandhar 2 has emerged as a massive blockbuster at the box office. As per Sacnilk, its total India net collection stands at approximately Rs 1,140.17 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 Budget

The reported budget for Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is approximately Rs 225 crore.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge draws inspiration from several real-life geopolitical events in South Asia, including Operation Lyari, the 2014 Indian general election and the 2016 demonetisation drive. Shot simultaneously with the first film, production began in Bangkok in July 2024 and wrapped in October 2025, with filming taking place across Punjab, Chandigarh, Maharashtra, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Thailand. The film’s music was composed by Shashwat Sachdev.

Released worldwide on March 19, 2026, during Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid celebrations, the film received mixed reviews. While performances, storytelling and technical aspects were praised, it also faced criticism over its violence and alleged nationalist themes. Despite being banned in Gulf countries, the film emerged as a massive commercial success, crossing Rs 1,000 crore worldwide in its first week and eventually grossing over Rs 1,800 crore globally, becoming one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
