However, many users later believed the issue was linked to a Meta or Instagram glitch affecting several verified celebrity accounts. Jungkook also reacted to the situation on TikTok, giving fans hope that the account problem was temporary.

BTS Jungkook’s Instagram Suddenly Becomes Unavailable

Fans were left confused after Jungkook’s Instagram page unexpectedly disappeared. Many users saw messages like “Sorry, this page isn't available” or “User Not Found” while trying to open his account. The issue quickly became a trending topic online as worried ARMYs shared screenshots and theories across X and other platforms.

Several fan pages claimed the issue could be connected to Meta’s AI moderation system, which has reportedly affected other celebrity and business profiles recently. Jungkook indirectly addressed the situation by posting a screenshot of his account on TikTok with a simple “?” caption.

One fan page wrote, “It seems that Meta's AI is mistakenly deactivating accounts, including verified business and celebrity profiles, and now, it appears that Jungkook's Instagram account has also been impacted.” The other said, "It ruined all my mood and my Eid celebration."

Another fan tried calming others by saying, “Everyone, stay calm. This happened to Yeonjun, Haechan and Mark.” 

 Jungkook Shares Update On TikTok 

Jungkook later clarified the situation on TikTok, hinting that he did not delete his Instagram account himself. The singer shared a screenshot showing a message that read, “JK, your account has been blocked,” suggesting that the issue was caused by Instagram or Meta rather than a personal decision.

Jungkook’s Instagram Comeback Story

Jungkook returned to Instagram in July 2025 after deleting his original account in 2023, which had over 50 million followers.
