Alia Bhatt Reveals She Hopes Daughter Raha Kapoor To Become An Athlete, Calls Her 'Competitive'

Alia Bhatt, who recently returned from a quiet anniversary getaway with Ranbir Kapoor and their daughter Raha Kapoor, shared a glimpse into her life as a mother and how it has changed her perspective. Speaking about her daughter’s future, Alia revealed she hopes Raha might grow up to be an athlete, adding that even at a young age, she is energetic, competitive, and full of life.

Reflecting on her inspirations, Alia credited her mother Soni Razdan as her biggest influence, admiring how she balanced motherhood with her acting career. She also praised her sister Shaheen Bhatt for her honesty about mental health and the courage to share her personal journey. Alia said, "My mother was the most impactful influence growing up, watching her raise me and my sister while keeping the fire of wanting to be an actor alive."

Alia Bhatt emphasised that she prefers being around people who challenge her thinking rather than simply agree with her. She shared that she values hearing “no” or being questioned, as it helps her grow and see different perspectives. She also highlighted the importance of her professional circle, describing it as a collaborative and supportive space that brings in diverse viewpoints and shapes her outlook.
