Katrina Kaif is reportedly preparing for her return to acting after taking a brief break to embrace motherhood. The actress, who welcomed her son Vihaan Kaushal with Vicky Kaushal in November 2025, is said to be excited about her next professional chapter.

According to reports, Katrina has resumed reading scripts and is exploring several OTT projects for her comeback. A source close to the development revealed that the actress is actively reviewing opportunities and is keen to make a strong return to the entertainment industry through the digital space.

The source added, "The actress is reportedly planning to return to a film set by the second half of 2027 and is actively looking for the right script, something that is worth her time. For the same, she seems interested in exploring streaming projects that could provide better opportunities for actors."

If the ongoing discussions move forward, the project will mark Katrina Kaif's OTT debut. Known for blockbuster films such as Ek Tha Tiger, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Welcome, the actress would be venturing into long-format streaming content for the first time.
