Dacoit Closing Box Office Collection: Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur's film Dacoit debuted in theatres on April 10 to a mixed reception. Dacoit opened with Rs 5.45 crore at the box office. The film failed to hit this number in the following days. The Telugu and Hindi versions collectively earned Rs 28.45 crore during the first week. According to Sacnilk, the romantic action thriller made Rs 5.67 crore in its second week. Dacoit, reportedly mounted on a budget of Rs 62 crore, failed to reach the 50 crore threshold in India. The Telugu movie turned out to be a losing affair at the box office after 20 days.

Dacoit OTT Release

Dacoit is finally making its way to its OTT release, and there is already a lot of discussion about when and where viewers will be able to watch it.

Dacoit is scheduled to debut on OTT on May 8, 2026, according to 123 Telugu. While the makers have yet to provide an official confirmation, the date has been extensively shared on several platforms, including a report by the Deccan Chronicle. It will be available to watch in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. With its digital release, the movie may be able to reach those who missed it in theatres.
