According to the Bollywood Hungama report, Aamir and Gauri moved into a new Mumbai home together in January 2026 and the house is close to Khan's family members. The couple later celebrated Aamir’s 61st birthday on March 15, 2026,with family members.
In April 2026, during conversation with Navbharat Times, Aamir described Gauri as someone who brought peace and completeness into his life. He said, "I am very fortunate that I met Gauri, and our relationship started together. She is great, I feel at peace with her. I felt that I am very blessed that Gauri entered my life. Aamir later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005. The couple became parents to a son, Azad Rao Khan, who was born via surrogacy in 2011. Aamir and Kiran announced their separation in 2021, though they continue to share a cordial relationship and co-parent their son.
