Elon Musk has become the world’s first trillionaire, marking a historic milestone in global wealth. His net worth surged to around USD 1.1 trillion on Friday, driven mainly by the strong performance of his companies, including SpaceX and Tesla. The jump was largely driven by SpaceX valuation gains and Tesla stock performance.

How Musk Reached USD 1 Trillion?

Musk, already the world’s richest person, has seen his wealth multiply rapidly over recent years, making him the first individual to reach this level of fortune. The milestone reportedly came after SpaceX shares opened at around USD 150, rising from an IPO price of USD 135. As reported in financial market analysis based on SpaceX trading data and investor estimates, this surge alone added more than USD 180 billion to Musk’s wealth. He had already become the world’s richest person in 2021 when Tesla’s stock surge pushed his net worth above USD 185 billion.
