- Iranian newspaper Hamshahri published 'revenge list'.
- List includes Netanyahu, Trump, Macron, other leaders.
- Follows Mojtaba Khamenei's call for vengeance.
As the ceasefire between Iran and the United States crumbled like a pack of cards amid renewed tensions, an Iranian newspaper, known for its hardline and provocative stance, has published the names of world leaders and their photographs, asserting that they should be targeted as part of the country's revenge plan.
The Hamshiri newspaper stated that the leaders should be killed in the Islamic Republic's revenge plot against the targeted killing of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in joint US-Israel strikes on February 28.
The newspaper's provocative piece was published along with the statement of the country's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Ali Khamenei.
In his first message since the funeral ceremony of his slain predecessor, Khamenei on Saturday said, "Vengeance is the will of our nation and must inevitably be carried out."

"These criminals, whose names appear on a list, will take to their graves the wish of a peaceful death in their beds," he added.
He had said that Tehran had drawn up a list of people to be targeted. However, he didn't reveal any names from the purported list, nor was there any.
Additionally, there was no indication that the list of the newspaper, published by the authorities in Tehran, had received official backing.
Names in the list
The Hamshahri newspaper list includes the names of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, outgoing British PM Kier Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
The graphic published online does not appear in the newspaper's Sunday print edition. Notably, Iran has persistently accused several European countries and their governments of failing to condemn the US strikes on Iranian territory. The West Asian nation even accused them of being complicit in the US action by allowing it's aircraft to use their airspace during war.
