An Indian professional living in Sweden has gone viral after sharing a video showing the relaxed and employee-friendly design of his corporate office, offering a glimpse into what many online described as the European work-life balance culture. The video was posted on Instagram by Sanketh Banik, who works as an environmental consultant.

In the clip, he gave viewers a tour of his office and highlighted several features that he said felt very different from traditional corporate workplaces. According to Banik, the office environment feels so comfortable that it barely resembles a typical office setup.

Instead of cubicles and rigid seating arrangements, the workplace includes open spaces with bean bags, stylish chairs, modern tables and casual seating areas designed to make employees feel more relaxed.

The video also showed staircase seating areas where employees can sit and work comfortably. Banik added that workers even have the option to work outdoors if they want a change of environment during the day.

Apart from the flexible seating design, the office also offers several employee-friendly facilities. Banik mentioned that unlimited free candies are available for staff, along with Swedish-style snacks served every evening.

He further revealed that employees can use massage chairs and even play games inside the office whenever they feel stressed, saying these amenities are part of creating a healthier work atmosphere.

Sharing the clip online, Banik wrote that corporate offices in Europe focus heavily on maintaining work-life balance and employee well-being, something he said is visible in everyday office culture there.
