Who Was Brad Arnold?

Brad Arnold was not only the lead vocalist but also the founding member and original drummer of 3 Doors Down. The band was formed in Mississippi in 1995 and rose to fame with its breakout hit Kryptonite, which earned a Grammy nomination. Arnold famously wrote Kryptonite while sitting in a maths class at the age of 15, a song that would later become a cultural landmark of early 2000s rock. 3 Doors Down released six studio albums, with their debut album The Better Life selling more than six million copies worldwide. Their music featured in films such as American Pie, Corky Romano and The Staircase. The band also earned another Grammy nomination in 2003 for the song When I’m Gone.
