SIR in Delhi: Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls began in Delhi on Tuesday. As part of the process, booth-level officers (BLOs) will conduct door-to-door visits across the national capital to ensure the exercise is carried out in a transparent manner. Delhi residents are required to access the Delhi Electoral Rolls 2002 for mapping and voter verification process.
Who Needs To Fill SIR Form In Delhi?
Two enumeration forms will be given to all voters during SIR in Delhi. It carries pre-printed details like - voter’s name, EPIC number, address, Assembly constituency, parliamentary constituency and photograph. The voters need to fill and return one copy to the BLO. Voters can summit it online as well. Once done, the BLO will give the voter an acknowledgement receipt.
How Does 2002 Voter List Help In The Verification Process?
In case a person is 40 years of age and permanently staying in Delhi before 2002, he/she can check his/her name on the Delhi voter list and note details such as relative name, state name, AC name, AC number, Part no and Sr no, as appearing in the Delhi voter list of 2002.
In case they have come from another state and settled in Delhi after 2002, their name will not appear in the 2002 voter list of Delhi but will appear in the voter list of the last SIR held in their native state from where they have come.
Where Can Delhi Voters Check 2002 Voter List?
People can obtain their details from the link: https://voters.eci.gov.in/ as appearing in the voter list of 2002/2003/2005. This information has to be shared with the BLO of your area when he/she visits your house during distribution and collection of Enumeration form during SIR period.

1. Visit the official CEO Delhi website that is https://www.ceodelhi.gov.in/
2. Select your assembly constituency (there are 70 constituent assemblies).
3. Select your polling station area and download your PDF.
What If No One Is Home During Door-To-Door Verification?
-The BLO will give you two copies of the 'Enumeration Form'. One should remain with the BLO, while the other should be kept as a receipt. No identification or other documents are required with this form.
-If not found at home, BLO will come three times.
-If your home is found locked during the survey, the BLO will drop off the form inside. They will visit the home at least three times to collect the form.

Important Dates For Delhi SIR
- June 30 to July 29: BLOs will conduct door-to-door surveys and distribute forms.
- August 5: Draft voter list will be published.
- August 5 to September 4: Time to file objections regarding the list.
- August 5 to October 3: Disposal of received claims and objections.
- October 7: Publication of the final voter list.
