Xiaomi has launched a new high capacity power bank in India, and it is clearly aimed at people who are constantly juggling multiple devices throughout the day. Called the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 20000 67W, the accessory brings a sizeable 20,000mAh battery, support for 67W fast charging and a built in USB Type C cable, so there is one less cable to remember before heading out.
The power bank is capable of charging much more than just smartphones. Xiaomi says it can also power tablets, laptops, handheld gaming consoles and other USB powered devices, making it a handy option for anyone who travels regularly or works on the move.
Priced at Rs. 3,499 as part of a limited period launch offer, the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i will go on sale in India from July 28 at 12pm IST. Buyers can choose between Black and Blue colour options, with availability through Xiaomi's official website, Amazon India and Xiaomi retail stores.
One feature that immediately stands out is the built in USB Type C cable. It may sound like a small addition, but it means you can charge compatible devices without digging around for a separate cable. Xiaomi has also included a digital display that shows exactly how much battery is left, along with the charging status, so you are not left guessing when it needs to be recharged.
The accessory offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to charging. Along with the integrated USB Type C cable, it includes a USB Type C port and a USB Type A port, allowing users to charge more than one device at the same time. It also supports popular charging standards such as PD 3.0 PPS, QC 3.5, BC1.2 and Apple 2.4A, ensuring it works with a wide range of Android phones, iPhones and other compatible gadgets.
Powering everything is a 20,000mAh battery that supports up to 67W fast charging. According to Xiaomi, that makes it suitable for everything from smartphones to laptops and handheld gaming devices. The company has also added 65W fast input charging, so the power bank itself can be recharged relatively quickly once it runs out of power.

Even with a large battery inside, Xiaomi says the Power Bank 5i is easy to carry around. It measures 140 × 72 × 31.2mm, weighs 420g and is compact enough to slip into a backpack, making it a convenient companion whether you are commuting to work or travelling.
