Vivo T5x 5G: Vivo has added a new option to its T-series lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo T5x 5G, and it’s clearly aiming to grab attention with some big numbers and practical features.
At the heart of the phone is a massive 7,200mAh battery, which Vivo says is built for long usage and even long-term durability, claiming it can last up to six years. It supports 44W fast charging, getting to 50 per cent in around 43 minutes. You also get reverse charging, so the phone can power other devices, along with bypass charging that helps keep temperatures in check during gaming sessions.

Performance is handled by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor, built on a 4nm process. The device supports up to 8GB of extended RAM and comes with UFS 3.1 storage, which should help with smoother app performance and faster data access.
On the front, the Vivo T5x features a 6.76-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and brightness going up to 1200 nits. There’s also a low blue light mode to reduce strain during longer usage.
For cameras, you get a 50MP main sensor paired with a 2MP bokeh lens, while the front houses a 32MP camera. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording. Vivo is also offering features like dual-view video, night mode and built-in editing tools.
The phone is designed to be durable too, with military-grade certification along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, plus added shock protection.
Gamers get dedicated features like Monster Mode, custom touch controls, timers and notifications, along with stereo speakers for a more immersive experience. Running on OriginOS 6 based on Android, the device includes features like file sharing, private storage and AI tools. Vivo is also promising two OS updates and four years of security updates.

Prospective buyers will get the Vivo T5x 5G in following colour options Cyber Green and Star Silver. Pricing starts at Rs 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, Rs 20,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, and Rs 22,999 for the 8GB + 256GB version. It will go on sale from March 24, 2026, via Flipkart, Vivo’s online store and offline retail outlets, with bank discounts, no-cost EMI options and bundled OTT benefits available.
