Samsung has officially made its latest mid-range lineup, the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G and Samsung Galaxy A37 5G, available for purchase across India. These smartphones, which were unveiled back in March, step in as successors to last year’s Samsung Galaxy A56 5G and Samsung Galaxy A36 5G, and bring a familiar yet refined experience to the A-series.
A Familiar Design With Upgraded Internals
On first impression, both phones follow Samsung’s simplistic design approach, but that is where the similarities end. The Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G come with huge 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED+ displays and a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring that you get crystal clear images and buttery smooth scrolling while surfing the internet or streaming videos.
Under the hood, both smartphones are powered by Exynos chipsets, continuing Samsung’s in-house approach for this segment. On the software side, the devices ship with One UI 8.5 right out of the box. More importantly, Samsung is promising up to six generations of Android updates, which is a big deal for users planning to hold onto their phones for the long run.
Pricing And Variants In India
The Galaxy A57 5G sits at the higher end of the duo. It starts at Rs. 56,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM version is priced at Rs. 62,499. Buyers can choose between colour options like Awesome Navy, Awesome Icyblue, and Awesome Lilac.
On the other hand, the Galaxy A37 5G comes in at a more accessible price point. The base 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 41,999. There are also 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB options, priced at Rs. 47,499 and Rs. 52,499, respectively. Colour choices include Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal, and Awesome Graygreen.
Availability And Where To Buy
Both smartphones are now up for grabs through Samsung’s official website, Samsung Exclusive Stores, and leading online and offline retail outlets across the country. So whether you prefer buying online or walking into a store, both options are covered.
Offers That Sweeten The Deal
To make things more attractive, Samsung has rolled out a range of offers. There’s an upgrade bonus of up to Rs. 5,000, which effectively brings down the starting price. Additionally, select bank cards and UPI transactions can get you a cashback of Rs. 3,000.
For those who prefer paying in instalments, there’s a 24-month no-cost EMI option available. Samsung is also extending an extra Rs. 3,000 upgrade bonus for customers choosing EMI transactions.
And for those who wish to enjoy maximum flexibility, the company’s Triple Zero scheme might be just what they need, offering zero down payment and zero interest options, ensuring it is easy to acquire any of these phones without initial financial investment.
