Oppo’s latest flagship phones, the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, are now officially on sale in India earlier than expected. The company had originally planned to open sales on May 28, but says strong pre-booking numbers and early demand pushed it to advance availability by two days. Both smartphones can now be purchased through Oppo’s official website, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline retail stores across the country.

The new Find X9 series arrives as Oppo’s premium smartphone push for 2026, with a major focus on camera hardware, battery life, and flagship-level performance. While the Find X9 Ultra sits at the very top of the lineup with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, the Find X9s targets users looking for a slightly more compact flagship experience powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500s processor.

Oppo is continuing its partnership with Hasselblad for the camera system on both phones, and photography clearly remains the biggest talking point here. The Find X9 Ultra features a quad rear camera setup headlined by a 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 main sensor. It has a 50 megapixel ultra wide camera, a 200 megapixel telephoto camera equipped with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 megapixel ultra telephoto camera that provides 10x zoom capabilities. The company has also introduced the true color camera to deliver accurate colours under different lighting conditions. For the front camera, Oppo is providing a 50 megapixel camera.

Find X9S takes a different route but still remains a premium product. It features three 50 megapixel rear cameras including Sony LYT-700 main camera, ultra wide lens, and periscope telephoto camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone uses a 32-megapixel front camera.

Both phones run Android 16-based ColorOS 16 and carry IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The Find X9 Ultra sports a 6.82-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, while the Find X9s gets a slightly smaller 6.59-inch full-HD+ AMOLED panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

Battery capacity is another area where Oppo is pushing aggressively this year. The Find X9 Ultra houses a 7,050mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Meanwhile, the Find X9s comes with a 7,025mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging.

As part of the launch offers, Oppo is providing up to 10 percent instant cashback on select SBI, HDFC, and other bank cards alongside eligible UPI transactions. Buyers also have an option to go for the interest-free EMI scheme valid for nine months. Apart from that, buyers receive exchange bonus offers from Cashify and Servify, a hardware replacement offer if there are manufacturing defects within 180 days, three months' subscription of Google AI Pro with 5TB cloud storage space, and Rs. 35,100 worth of benefits by Jio.
