Ai+ has launched the Nova 2 Power 5G in India, bringing a 7,000mAh battery and a 120Hz display to the company's latest smartphone. The phone is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7100 chipset and comes with up to 8GB of RAM. It also runs Android 16 out of the box with Ai+'s nxtQ OS.
Ai+ Nova 2 Power 5G Price in India and Sale Date
The Ai+ Nova 2 Power 5G has been priced at Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM variant with the same 128GB storage costs Rs. 17,999.
Ai+ is offering the phone in five colour options: Golden Blue Fusion, Blue Fusion, Ocean Green, Deep Purple and Midnight Black. It will be available to buy in India through Flipkart from September 24.
Ai+ Nova 2 Power 5G Specifications and Features
The Nova 2 Power 5G comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ IPS LCD display. It has a resolution of 720x1,600 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The display can reach up to 450 nits of brightness in High Brightness Mode (HBM).
The phone uses MediaTek's Dimensity 7100 chipset, which is based on a 6nm process. There are two RAM options, 6GB and 8GB, while storage is limited to 128GB. For those who need more space, the phone supports a microSD card with up to 1TB of expandable storage.
On the software side, the Nova 2 Power 5G ships with Android 16 and Ai+'s nxtQ OS. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is used for biometric authentication, while the phone supports two nano-SIM cards.
The camera setup includes two sensors on the back. The main camera is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture. There is also an LED flash. The rear camera can shoot videos in up to 2K resolution at 30fps.

For selfies, the phone has a 13-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It can also record 2K video at 30fps.
The 7,000mAh battery is easily one of the bigger features of the Nova 2 Power 5G. It supports 33W wired fast charging. The phone also gets 5G connectivity with both SA and NSA support, along with dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou.
Ai+ has also retained a 3.5mm headphone jack on the phone, alongside a USB Type-C port. The handset weighs 222 grams and has an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
