Motorola Edge 70 Pro Sale: Motorola’s latest Edge-series phone, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro, is now up for grabs in India starting today, April 29. This is the brand’s new performance-focused offering, and it packs some serious hardware, especially around battery, display, and cameras.

Price And Launch Offers

The phone comes in two variants. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model is priced at ₹38,999, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB version costs ₹41,999.

To sweeten the deal, Motorola is offering an instant discount of up to ₹2,000 if you pay using Axis Bank or HDFC Bank cards. On top of that, there’s an exchange bonus of up to ₹2,000 if you’re trading in an old device.

You can pick it up in Pantone-inspired shades like Lilly White, Tea, and Titan.

Big Display And Strong Performance

On the front, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro features a large 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED display. It supports 10-bit colour, HDR10+, and goes all the way up to 5,200 nits of peak brightness. The 144Hz adaptive refresh rate should also make everyday use and gaming feel smooth.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. To keep things cool, Motorola has added a sizeable 4,600mm² vapor chamber cooling system, which should help prevent overheating during heavy use.

Battery And Software

Battery life looks like a strong point here. The device packs a 6,500mAh battery and supports 90W TurboPower fast charging.

On the software side, it runs Hello UI based on Android 16. Motorola is promising three Android updates along with five years of security patches, which adds some long-term value.

Camera Setup

For photography, the phone gets a triple rear camera system. The main sensor is a 50MP Sony LYT-710 with OIS. Alongside it is a 50MP ultra-wide macro lens and a 3-in-1 light sensor.

On the front, there’s a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Other Features

The phone also includes dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and Hi-Res Audio. You get an in-display fingerprint scanner, Moto AI features, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 6E, and dual SIM 5G support as well.
