iQOO is giving its Neo 10 a bit of a visual refresh in India, nearly a year after the phone first arrived. The company has introduced two new finishes, Alpine White and Asphalt Black, expanding the lineup beyond the original Inferno Red and Titanium Chrome options.

The move feels like a mid-cycle nudge to bring the phone back into the spotlight, especially for buyers who care as much about aesthetics as performance.

New Colours, Same Pricing Strategy

The new variants don’t change much in terms of pricing. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version is listed at Rs. 37,999, while the 16GB RAM + 256GB model comes in at Rs. 42,999. With launch offers factored in, those prices drop to Rs. 34,999 and Rs. 40,999 respectively.

iQOO says the new finishes take inspiration from racing cars, which explains the clean, slightly aggressive design language. Whether that actually translates in hand is something buyers will judge once it goes on sale.

Speaking of availability, both new colour options will be up for grabs starting May 5 at 12pm IST via Amazon and the official iQOO India website.

Still A Performance-Focused Package

Under the hood, nothing has changed, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The iQOO Neo 10 continues to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It’s clearly aimed at users who want strong performance, especially for gaming.

There’s also a dedicated Q1 gaming chip onboard, along with a large vapour cooling chamber to keep thermals in check during long sessions.

On the front, you get a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It can hit up to 5,500 nits of peak brightness in specific scenarios, which should help with outdoor visibility.

Cameras And Battery That Hold Their Ground

For photography, the setup is fairly straightforward. There’s a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, you’re looking at a 32-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls.

Battery life is another highlight. The phone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery, which is still uncommon in this segment, and it supports 120W wired charging. That combination should appeal to heavy users who don’t want to worry about running out of juice midway through the day.

The device also carries an IP65 rating, so it can handle dust and light splashes without much concern.

A Subtle Refresh, Not A Reinvention

At its core, this update is more about keeping the iQOO Neo 10 relevant rather than reinventing it. The new colour options add a bit of freshness, but the real value still lies in its performance, battery, and gaming-focused features.

If you were already considering the Neo 10, these new finishes just give you more ways to pick your style. If not, this refresh alone probably won’t change your mind, but it does remind you that the phone still exists, and still packs a punch.
