Formula F1 2026: The Formula One 2026 season has kicked off with the Australian Grand Prix taking place from March 6 to March 8, marking the start of a new era for the sport. This year’s championship introduces one of the biggest rule changes in recent decades, bringing sweeping technical and structural reforms to the grid.

Under the new regulations introduced by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the cars will feature updated power units, active aerodynamic systems and smaller dimensions. The overhaul is expected to significantly alter car performance and racing dynamics, making the 2026 season one of the most unpredictable in Formula One history.
