Ingredients To Make Panta Bhat At Home:
1. 2 cups cooked rice
2. Enough water to cover the rice
3. Salt to taste
4. Green chillies
5. Onion
6. Mustard oil
How To Make Bharti Singh-Style Panta Bhat At Home:
1. Soak cooked rice overnight in water, preferably in a terracotta vessel.
2. In the morning, in the same vessel, add 3 tablespoons of curd
3. Now, add sliced onions, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.

4. Lastly, temper rice with cumin seeds (jeera), rai (Mustard seed) and curry leaves (Kadi Patta) in mustard oil.

Mash boiled potatoes with well-washed hands in a clean bowl, add green chillies, coriander leaves, onions, raw mustard oil and salt, mix well and give it a round shape, and your Aloo Pitika is ready.
