- Leftover Fruits (Orange, Grapes, Strawberries, Pomegranate, Blueberries, Beetroot )
- Sugar
- Lemon
How To Make One-Pot Mixed Fruit Jam Recipe At Home:
Step 1: Peel and chop fruits. Ensure that you remove seeds from the fruits.
Step 2: Add boiled beetroot to give a natural colour to your fruit jam.
Step 3: Now, blend everything to make a fine puree.
Step 4: Now, pour this fruit puree into a wide-mouth pan and add 1 cup of sugar, which you can also switch with a jaggery powder. Also, the ratio is 4 cups of puree and 1 cup of sugar.

Step 5: Then, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Step 6: Cook till fruit blend turns into a slurry-like consistency. If you're not sure if your jam is ready, pour it into a plate and after a minute, on tilting the plate a little, if the jam is not running. Your jam is ready.
Step 7: Now store this jam in a clean glass container and refrigerate it, and this will stay good up to a month.
