Dhaniya Panjiri Ingredients

Here is a list of ingredients you need to make the Dhaniya Panjiri recipe along with quantities, which you can prepare beforehand.

How To Make Dhaniya Panjiri For Laddu Gopal

Step 1: Roast The Dhaniya Powder

Take a clean, thoroughly washed, non-stick pan. Add coriander seeds and dry roast for 2- 3 minutes. Turn off the flame, transfer them to a clean plate and let them cool.

Step 2: Roast Makhana And Dry Fruits

Now, in the same pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee, add almonds, makhana and cashew and sauté for 2 minutes. You can also add seeds of your choice like pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and mix. Now, transfer the mixture to a large bowl and let it cool.

In the same pan, add grated, dried coconut and roast it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Combine The Panjiri Ingredients

Now, grind the coriander seeds to get a fine powder-like consistency. Again, add ghee to the same pan, add coriander seeds and sauté for 1-2 minutes and transfer it into the bowl.

Step 4: Add Sugar And Cardamom

Lastly, add powdered sugar and green cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5: Prepare The Panjiri For Bhog

Mix it well, and your dhaniya panjiri is ready for bhog. Now transfer it into your bhog vessel and offer it to Shri Krishna.
