What Does The Expert Say:
“So many people avoid eating potatoes, as they contain carbohydrates and can harm weight loss goals. However, eat potatoes in minimal quantity. Having a boiled potato is okay as it contains potassium, fibre, and sustained energy. Eating a piece of Dark chocolate a day will be fine, but not an entire bar at one go. The best thing is to seek help from an expert and follow the guidelines while eating the above foods. Eating in moderation is always important."

Lastly, it is also important to note that even good food can go bad when you eat too much of it. Anything in excess is never good. Even fruits, nuts or olive oil can add extra calories. It is important to eat the correct portion. This is known as portion control.
So the real secret is not only choosing the right foods. It's also about consuming them in the proper amount. Good health is all about balance.
