Weather Update: According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather is expected to take a turn across the country on Monday. A Western Disturbance is expected to bring clouds, light rain, and strong winds to North India, while temperatures will gradually rise in the West and South.

As per IMD, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi-NCR, and the hilly states are likely to experience pleasant weather, while Mumbai and the southern states will experience heatwaves.

Delhi-NCR Weather

On Monday, Delhi-NCR will experience light drizzle and cloudy skies, with some areas may receive heavy rain. Mornings and evenings will be cool.

UP Weather

In Uttar Pradesh, many districts will remain cloudy, with light rain expected. Strong winds are likely in western and northern Uttar Pradesh, which could cause a slight drop in temperatures.

Rajasthan Weather

Many parts of Rajasthan will remain cloudy. Light rain and strong winds are expected in some areas. In Mumbai, the weather may be slightly warmer than usual, but the sky will remain clear.

Snowfall In Higher Reaches

The weather has changed in Uttarakhand and there is a possibility of snowfall in the high altitude areas. There is also a possibility of snowfall in Shimla, Manali and high altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh.

As per IMD, light rain and snowfall will continue in Himachal Pradesh until March 21. An orange alert for thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds has been issued for Kullu and Shimla on March 19.
