Attacks On Trains Increase

Recently, a suspected terrorist was killed a few days ago while attempting to blow up a railway track in Patiala. Since then, the IB had instructed security agencies to remain vigilant. Both the GRP and RPF have been maintaining constant vigilance. Despite an intensive search operation conducted over the past three days, the incident occurred.

The probe into the Patiala freight corridor blast has led to the seizure of a large cache of munitions and explosives, including grenades, from a village in Taran Taran, and the uncovering of a "deep-rooted terror conspiracy" involving Pakistan-backed ISI and the pro-Khalistan terrorists, Punjab police said.
